You are invited to enter this juried fine art show for the opportunity to show your work to a large audience of local community members and prospective collectors.

The Town of Hampton Falls, Department of Parks and Recreation is proud to present its annual Art on the Common, on the beautiful Hampton Falls greenery Common. Some of the finest artists in New England will be exhibiting. AoC is annually held on the first Saturday in June, in historic Hampton Falls, New Hampshire.
Art on the Common is a juried fine art show. Original art work only may be displayed. Hand pulled mono prints, woodcuts, etchings, lithos, and serigraphs are accepted. A limited number of photographers may be selected, and may exhibit limited editions of their work. This is not a crafts show—no crafts accepted. The Application and Jury Process
Please check back for AoC’s 2021 application in the beginning of next year. Each artist should submit a completed application and three samples of their work by email. Images should be in .jpeg format and 300 dpi. A reference to the artist’s website may be submitted in lieu of the work samples. A check for $25 as a nonrefundable jury fee*, and an additional check for $75 as an entry fee must accompany the application. Checks should be payable to Town of Hampton Falls with note Parks and Rec. Artists will be notified of whether or not their work has been accepted. The $75 check will be deposited at that time, or destroyed if the artist’s work has not been accepted.
Categories will be Best in Show, Best in Individual Mediums, and Honorable Mention. Best in Show will receive an award of $50. All award winners will be given free participation in next year’s event.
Location and Set-Up
The Hampton Falls town common is located at the intersection of Routes 1 and 88, Hampton Falls, NH. Each artist will be assigned a numbered space (at least a 12 x 12 feet square). More information about the layout will be provided in the information packet. Artists may set up on preceding Friday afternoon, after 3:00 pm, if they wish; security will be provided from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. Artists may drive onto the common to set up and must move their vehicles off of the common after setup is complete. There is ample parking in the church and school lots. Street parking is for the general public only.
